For Group classes:

BOOKING POLICIES:

  • Payment is due upon booking.

  • Your booking needs to be made at least 7 days before classes commence, otherwise the time will not show as available. If you would like to make a booking later than this, contact us on 0434 981 244.

SIBLING POLICIES:

  • For additional siblings of primary school age booked in, there is a 10% discount.

  • Siblings 4 years old and under are welcome to join in along with their parent, free of charge.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:

  • By enrolling in our classes, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term. Therefore, no refunds are available.

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as sudden medical issues and emergencies, a credit towards future sessions may be issued. These decisions are subject to the discretion of the class teacher.

PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Parents & guardians agree that by enrolling in our program they are allowing their children to participate at their own risk.

  • Parents & guardians are required to be present for the duration of each class. Heart Notes is not a registered child care provider and is not therefore licensed to care for children without parental or guardian supervision. In the unlikely event that your child requires first aid during our classes, this will remain the responsibility of the parent.

  • Declaration of agreement: In agreeing to attend a Heart Notes program, I:

    Release and forever discharge Heart Notes from all claims that I may have or may have had arising from, or in connection with, my child and a Heart Notes program; and

    Indemnify, will keep indemnified and hold harmless Heart Notes, to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim as a result of or in connection with a Heart Notes program.

    I acknowledge that Heart Notes uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and games used in the program are safe and fit for purpose, and acknowledge that all activities have inherent risks. I voluntarily accept the inherent associated risks.

for individual lessons:

BOOKING POLICIES:

  • Payment is due upon booking.

  • Your booking needs to be made at least 24 hours before the lesson time you want, otherwise the time will not be available.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICIES:

  • To reschedule a booking, 24 hours notice is required.

  • If less than 24 hours notice is given, it's considered a cancellation of the lesson and won't be refunded.

  • Exceptions can be made for sudden medical issues and emergencies; these decisions are subject to the discretion of the vocal coach.
